Armchair by Rudolf Wolf for Gaasbeek en van Tiel, 1960s

An early example of Rudolf Wolf’s minimalist design language, produced by Dutch manufacturer Gaasbeek en van Tiel. This armchair features a brushed metal frame and newly upholstered seat and backrest in a sleek dark grey tone. The geometric structure and open frame give the piece a light visual presence, staying true to the rational and functional spirit of 1960s Dutch modernism.
